David L. Lord
David L. Lord has practiced law on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since May, 1975. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law and focuses his practice in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of the State of Mississippi, the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the Fifth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, the South Central Mississippi Bar Association, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is past President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference. He served on the Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, as faculty for numerous seminars in the areas of bankruptcy and has been a contributor to the Journal for the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees.

Ottis B. Crocker, III

Ottis B. "Chip" Crocker III
Ottis B. "Chip" Crocker III, received his juris doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in August 1988. Additionally, he earned his master's of law degree in admiralty from Tulane University School of Law in May 1990. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of the state of Mississippi, the federal courts for the Northern District of Mississippi, the Southern District of Mississippi, and the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal. Mr. Crocker was clerk and research assistant to Justice Armis Hawkins of the Supreme Court of the state of Mississippi. Mr. Crocker focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, workers compensation, disability claims, criminal defense and domestic relations.

Gregory A. Alston received his juris doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in May, 1989. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of the state of Mississippi. Mr. Alston focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, workers compensation, disability claims, medical malpractice, criminal defense and domestic relations.
